The hotel is great for short stays. I enjoyed the comfort of a clean, quiet room and easy access to the metro. Automated check-in worked flawlessly, though some shared bathrooms needed a bit more maintenance. Fantastic location, especially with a shopping center just 200m away.

Extremely comfy beds and a microwave, a refrigerator and a writing desk. Impeccably clean shared bathroom. Location really close to the metro and shopping center and a commercial center. A huge variety of food options at walking distance from the venue.

Clean, comfortable double room with a super cozy bed and efficient check-in via phone. however, the late 3pm check-in was a bit inconvenient.

Spotless rooms and perfect little with very comfortable bed, the showers plus working AC. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Unbeatable location in Hortaleza district just off the Metro and a 15m drive from the airport and San Miguel market.

Positive, The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and clean. I loved the hassle-free check-in process with my phone. The location was great, close to the metro and a mall for coffee. No noise at all 😊

I loved exploring local eats nearby! The gluten-free options at La Cacharreria had me raving, and Tsukiji sushi bar was a good find! Plus, the room was super clean and quiet, with easy access to the metro.

While I was very happy at the place, I think the clarity on air conditioning options could be improved. A quick fix would be to streamline the check-in emails. It was a bit of a hunt to find what I needed amidst many messages.

I was actually surprised by how clean and homey the room and shared facilities were! The automated check-in was easy. I was able to access everything right from my smartphone. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Canillas metro line.

The place was cozy for our family of five, and the high-tech self-check-in worked seamlessly. Our teens loved the easy metro access to the center, where we explored local markets and tried delicious tapas. The bed was super comfy, ensuring everyone got a good night's sleep.

I stayed in the Comfort Superior Double Room with Shared Bathroom for 5 nights. The bed was super comfy and the room was super clean. I loved having two bathrooms available, so I never had to wait. Location was great too, close to the metro , made getting around so easy. Just remember, it's a shared bathroom setup, but I didn't mind since it was clean and I hardly saw anyone else. Oh, and check-in was smooth with the codes they sent me!

I loved the convenient location near the underground station and the airport, and our room was clean, well-equipped with a cozy bed, and had a nice hot shower.
